Steven has consistently revitalized legacy systems and enhanced digital channels throughout his career. He led a complete reimagining of the commercial client onboarding processes and built an end-to-end digital loan origination platform during the pandemic response. His work at PNC has driven the comprehensive modernization of legacy payment ecosystems and implemented industry-leading embedded finance solutions that have attracted world-class clients.

Steven led a comprehensive digital transformation initiative at SunTrust Bank that modernized the entire customer-facing technology ecosystem.
